For even more powerful results I can work with you to create a customised CD to suit your specific needs, it's almost as though you are having a private consultation with me just as often as you want to, and in the comfort of your own home.

You may have a specific personal or business goal or would like to overcome a particular problem, phobia, fear or challenge - perhaps you have a sporting goal or would like to achieve a new and empowering mindset.

Whatever outcome you want to achieve all you need to do is to call me or leave a message on the contact page and we will arrange a free consultation to discuss your requirements. During our consultation we will discuss how your problem is affecting you, what outcome you want to achieve and what your dreams are for your future.

Each custom made CD contains all of the advanced technology used on every Insight Solutions CD as well as your own personalised hypnotic suggestions, visualizations and subliminal messages ~ written and recorded by me just for you to help you achieve your specific outcomes. This means that you have complete control over what is on your recording.

I charge £60 a session each time a client visits my office for an appointment, but I am only going to charge you £110 for your personalised CD session.

This includes:

• your telephone consultation
• creating and writing your very own suggestions, visualisations and affirmations
• recording your one hour CD
• recording and mixing the special effects that make each CD so powerful
