About Sue Saunders and Insight

My journey began many years ago when I was drawn to meditation as an aid to self discovery. From there my journey unfolded holistically. I qualified in, and practiced massage for several years and found that during treatments my clients would start to talk about their lives and their problems.

At this point I realised that I needed some new skills to help my clients further, and because of a long standing interest in holistic development, I completed a course in Clinical Hypnotherapy which opened my mind even further to the incredible potential stored within our minds and how we can programme ourselves for success or failure.

Whilst running an ever successful Hypnotherapy practice I also realised that Life Coaching would compliment my practice holistically. Hypnotherapy helps you to look back at the past, how it affects your life today and helps you to let go and move on. Life Coaching is an effective tool to take you forward into your new life.

So after many years of personal development and training and running a hypnotherapy and Life Coaching practice as well as running workshops and retreats an idea was born - an idea that allows me to reach more people and yet maintain effectiveness and value.

I wanted to develop a collection of powerful CDs using new and effective hypnotherapy techniques, interwoven with intuition, insight and my unique brand of practical spirituality. I sought to harness new and innovative sound wave theory by mixing the ancient healing techniques, e.g. Shamanism, and the new computer generated brainwave technology. I use the best of the old and the new which combined together create a powerful tool for healing and self development on a practical, physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Thus Insight CD Solutions was born
